- Every record, in the Open Contracting Data Standard (JSON)
A release package (OCDS 1.1) with each tender, award and signed contract: the buyer, the method, the tender period, the number of bids, the winner and its CAC number, the value, and the contract's dates. Each procurement also has its own, at
/procurement/data/ocds/PRC-YYYY-NNN.json, linked from its award notice. - The awards, as a spreadsheet (CSV)
One row per award: reference, title, category, method, buyer, supplier, value, dates, number of bids and the reason it was chosen.
What is published, and what is not
Published: what is on the public pages already. Not published: bids that did not win, scores, firms' documents, and anything about a person. Prices of losing bids are read out at openings where the procedure says so, and appear on the opening record, not here.
Identifiers (ocids) carry the provisional prefix ocds-pending until the office registers its own with the Open Contracting Partnership; the references after it will not change.
